All services provided by B A T Technical Services LLC are subject to a formal quotation or proposal.

3. Deposits

4. Cancellations
Cancellation Before Work Begins

Any administrative, consultation, design, or site visit fees may be deducted from the refund.
Cancellation After Work Has Started
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, refunds will not be issued for:

The client may also be liable for additional costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
5. Materials and Custom Orders
Materials that are:

Specially ordered

Imported

Fabricated for a specific project
are non-refundable and non-returnable once ordered.
6. Maintenance and Service Visits
For general maintenance services or scheduled service visits:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment may be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a call-out or booking fee.
7. Service Quality and Disputes
If a client believes that work has not been completed to the agreed standard, they should notify B A T Technical Services LLC as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to:

Rectify defects where applicable

Provide solutions in accordance with the original scope of work
Refunds are generally not issued for completed services, but reasonable rectification will be provided where appropriate.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
