Terms and Conditions - Property Maintenance Services

3.     Obligations of the Client:

 

3.1 The Client shall provide the Company with access to the property to perform the necessary maintenance services.

3.2 The Client shall promptly notify the Company of any changes, repairs, or issues concerning the property that may affect the provision of maintenance services.

4.     Service Charges and Payment:

 

4.1 The Client shall pay the Company the agreed-upon service charges for the property maintenance services as outlined in the contract or work order.

4.2 Payment terms, including due dates, acceptable payment methods, and any applicable late fees or penalties, shall be specified in the contract or work order.

4.3 In the event of any additional services requested by the Client outside the scope of the original agreement, the Company shall provide a separate quote or estimate for such services.

5.     Termination:

 

5.1 Either party may terminate the property maintenance services by providing written notice to the other party.

5.2 Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all outstanding charges for services rendered up until the termination date.

6.     Liability and Insurance:

 

6.1 The Company shall carry appropriate liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries caused by the Company's personnel while performing maintenance services on the client's property.

6.2 The Client shall be responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for the property and shall not hold the Company liable for any damages or losses to the property, unless caused by the Company's negligence.

7.     Confidentiality:

 

7.1 The Company and its personnel shall maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information or trade secrets of the Client obtained during the provision of property maintenance services.

7.2 The Client shall not disclose any confidential or proprietary information of the Company to any third parties.

8.     Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

 

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
