Mira 2M
Transforming a stock 2M back to back property into a carefully thought out family home. The 2M layout in Mira (Reem Community) is one of our favourite, in its standard layout it is quite dark and very closed once you walk in the front door. We went to town on this property, taking down as much as we could to open it up to create a real free flowing living space, suitable to grow a family in.
Golf Promenade
A beautiful 3 bed family apartment with stunning views over Damac Hills Golf Course that had an injection of life. We opened up the galley kitchen & did a partial renovation of the rest of the apartment. The star of the show is the Kitchen, day or night it looks so cool but also is super family friendly.
East Tower Links
This project was a really nice upgrade, a simple "Kitchen & both bathrooms" with a few extras. The dark, closed off kitchen was opened up to create a huge 'L' shape open plan living space, an upgraded laundry cupboard and some clever shifting of the master bathroom wall gave us so much more necessary storage space which has really brought this property into its own.
Mira 4
Storage space & utilising what is already there. We love getting stuck into family homes because of all the requests we get to help provide solutions to a busy home life. This project is no different. We're doing this while the family are still residing inside so trying to manage all kinds of issues has been hard work but at the same time so rewarding.
